Can you get your hands on raw tribe? Yep I know it stinks but some companies offer it already frozen.
that daily with probiotic yoghurt (you know the one with the active ingredience) Your dogs bowel flora is totally down the pan (excuse the joke) and needs a helping hand. He should be alright after a week. I would also start giving him chicken wings RAW not cooked fom day 4 together with the tribe and youghurt.
bones in them will help harden his stool.

He may just have an upset stomach, try feeding him completley natural food, small bits at a time with the blue buffalo wilderness dog food, so you dont upset his stomach even more.
him to the vet to have a couple more tests done. He could also be having diahreah because you took him off the science diet to fast. A sudden change in a dogs diet can throw off its entire digestive system. Dr. Maxwell J. Titelman

Well, first, any change in a dogs diet can give them diarhea.
what you've said you've been changing his food quite a bit so you need to find something and stick with it.
he is only 5 months old, he is still a puppy,so you'll need to find a dog food that has the nutrients a growning puppy needs.
may also want to ask your vet if there is a chance that he is allergic to something in the dog food.

Yeah I'd definitely treat this dog as if he were allergic to chicken, as well as having a second fecal done on him. It sounds to me like he has a food allergy, as well as probably has worms they didn't see. It won't hurt a dog to be dewormed even if there are no worms he should have three days of Panacur from the vet or SafeGuard from the local Petco (same ingredient fenbendazole, is extremely safe make SURE you give him enough). If it doesn't clear up, have it rechecked for coccidia, a microorganism that is not a worm, and for which you would need some albon.
eggs don't necessarily get tossed out in every sample, so it could have been missed.
breeders, many vets and experienced dog people would have just wormed the dog anyway.
also, find out what Sibe people favor in terms of food some manufacturers have even started to make breed-specific types of kibble, and those are based on breeders' experiences.
may be a quick fix. He may also need some probiotics to right his system and and if all else fails, ask for a referral to a gastro specialist to try and figure it out he could have IBD, but lets hope it's simpler than that.
dog can be allergic to anything but the top allergens are beef, corn, chicken, wheat, soy and dairy.
luck.

If you didn't switch the food gradually, having to many food switches in a short time period and the change (stress) of a new environment can add to diarrhea. Chicken and rice is what I feed my dog when she has diarrhea, and it's always worked. Sometimes I use rice and Swanson's Organic chicken broth.
keep doing what your doing and when you switch foods, you have do it gradually.
