a little be of both. Is good to have good grades but you also need to be a kid. Employers want people who are balance and are able to work with others and communicate.
skills are learn in the play ground not in books. Yet, you need to keep the grades up so that you can go to a good college, get scholarship and what not.
everyhing else in life, balance is the key.
