Well unweighted if you study hard and get all 4.0s you could get a 3.475 which means a yes to your question and then weighted it could be very high if you take hard classes like 3.75+

It'll be really really tough to raise it that high in such a short period of time.

should aim for it but don't be disappointed if you don't get it.

just make sure your teachers write you good recommendation letters to the universities you apply.

will hold a lot of weight.

also volunteer a lot and show a lot of community interest! you get out there and start belonging to groups (charities, reading groups, administration roles) and they'll take that into consideration. It's not just about grades but all the other extras.
