There is nothing really that you can do to speed up that process.
can try to graduate in 3 years, but that puts a lot of unneeded stress on you, because you will have such a heavy courseload and be trying to apply to medical school amidst all that (during the application cycle, before/during most pre-meds senior year, they have a very light courseload in order to fill out applications and attend interviews). My recommendation take 4 years to get your bachelors.
