I've done a lot of research on that! Biochemistry mostly deals with the structure of biological compounds, like DNA RNA Proteins etc.. It's very interesting, but it is very tough. Microbiology mostly deals with bacteria and other microorganisms and everything related to them. I'd love to study biochemistry, except it involves a lot of math and it also requires much physics which I detest. I hate physics. If you share the same opinion as me, go for Microbio. If not, If you feel comfortable with the physics and the math go to biochemistry. You'll find it really interesting!
