X ray tech for sure. I dont have exact numbers, but its definitely higher than a therapist.

They are about the same or just a little higher for the Respiratory Therapist.
Respiratory Therapist requires a college degree while there are still certificate programs for X-Ray techs. But, there are few to no jobs right now for Respiratory Therapists.
